We can offer a full turnkey package, or you are welcome to pick and mix.
We can provide foundations for your new portable structure, install them and make all your service connections from either a temporary or permanent supply.
Our electricians will also provide a final test once the buildings are connected to give you peace of mind.
Concrete Foundations
All modular buildings require foundational support on-site. If site conditions don’t allow other alternatives to be utilized we are able to undertake the concrete foundation RCC legs and other works within the scope of the project.
From foul drainage and soakaways to foundation pads and paving we can take away the hassle of finding an alternative contractor to complete the works.
Foundations
We have provided foundations on a number of projects across India to a wide variety of industry sectors. Whether a temporary installation in the corner of a car park to a multi-story classroom complex installed on a school field, we have the expertise within MPB to design and install the right solution for your project. Our standard foundation system has been approved by building control and offers a low-impact solution that can be removed after use to leave the land in the same condition pre-installation.
Mains Connections
MPB can organize to connect your new building to Mains water supply, mains electric supply, store drains, soakaways and mains sewers.
CADs
We can provide a full CAD service and if required superimpose our building onto an existing CAD of your premises. The CADs provide you with a complete understanding of the unit to be supplied and its location.

An important and useful way for you to gain knowledge of the products we have to offer and for our team to gather information on your specific requirements. This is a totally free, without any obligation service.
Already own a Temporary Building?
We will happily work on structures that you have acquired elsewhere, this may be general maintenance, repairs, or removal & relocation. Our crews are experienced in working on a wide variety of buildings. We also will consider buying the building from you in case you no longer require it.
